Educational qualifications, pay scales, and service conditions are as per the norms prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, and Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

Reservation is applicable as per the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Reservation in Teacher’s Cadre) Act, 2021 and related Government Resolutions.

All terms and conditions apply as per No Objection Letter No. JDHE/KOLHAPUR/NOC/2025/76 dated 10.10.2025.

Recruitment is subject to the decision of Hon. Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench (Writ Petition No. 12051/2015).

Relaxation of 5% marks (from 55% to 50%) at Master’s level for SC/ST candidates.

Reservation for SC/ST/VJNT categories is interchangeable/transferable as per Government rules.
